Template Guide

Guide to Using the Ecosleeve® Template

To ensure your artwork is print-ready and looks its absolute best, we’ve created this straightforward guide to help you through the process. If you need assistance at any step, our friendly team is always here to help.

1. Keep Important Content in the Safe Area

The safe area is marked clearly on the template. This is where all your key content—logos, text, and other important design elements—should stay. Keeping everything inside this area ensures it won’t be cropped or distorted during printing.

2. Extend Your Artwork to the Bleed Area

Your artwork should extend all the way to the edge of the artboard, up to the black dots. This extra bleed space helps prevent any white gaps during printing, especially since the fabric may shrink slightly during production. Don’t worry—our team will make sure it looks seamless.

3. Use the Right Resolution and Colours

  • Resolution: For the best results, we recommend your artwork is set to 300 DPI, but a minimum of 150 DPI is acceptable.
  • Colour Mode: Please ensure your file is in CMYK to guarantee accurate colour reproduction.

4. Save Your File in the Right Format

When your design is ready, please save it in one of these formats:

  • PDF (preferred)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • EPS

Before submitting, double-check that:

  • All fonts are outlined (converted to shapes).
  • All linked images are embedded in the file.

5. How to Submit Your Artwork

You can send your completed artwork via WeTransfer or a similar service to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

If you’re already working with one of our team members, feel free to email it to them directly. We’re here to make this process as smooth as possible!

6. Final Checks Before Submission

Before sending, take a moment to review the following:

  • All important content is inside the safe area.
  • The artwork reaches the bleed edges (up to the black dots).
  • Your file resolution is at least 150 DPI (or higher if possible).
  • Your file format is correct, with fonts outlined and images embedded.

If you have any questions or need guidance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re a friendly team and are happy to assist you at any stage!

Recycling

Recycling and Sustainability

At Just Displays, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment doesn’t end when your Ecosleeve® products are delivered—we take responsibility for recycling every component, from fabric graphics to aluminium poles. Thanks to our partnerships with Seaqual®, WN Thomas and Sons Ltd, and The Salvation Army’s SATCoL Plan B project, we ensure nothing goes to waste.

What Happens When You Return Your Ecosleeve® Products?

Seaqual® Graphics Recycling

  • Graphics made from Seaqual® Yarn (recycled ocean plastics) are sent to The Salvation Army Trading Company (SATCoL).
  • Through their Plan B: Re:Claim Project, the fabric sleeves are shredded into small pellets.
  • These pellets are repurposed into new materials, keeping waste out of landfills and giving them a second life.

Recycling Aluminium Poles

  • Aluminium poles from your Ecosleeve® displays are sent to WN Thomas and Sons Ltd.
  • The poles are processed and repurposed into new aluminium products.
  • As aluminium is infinitely recyclable, every pole contributes to a sustainable cycle of reuse.

By returning your Ecosleeve® products, you’re ensuring every component is responsibly recycled and reused.

Learn About Seaqual® and Our Recycling Process

Discover how Seaqual® transforms ocean plastics into high-quality yarn used in our Ecosleeve® OCEAN and ZERO ranges. Through their innovative recycling process and our partnership with The Salvation Army’s SATCoL Plan B, every material is responsibly repurposed.

Modern Slavery Statement

Anti-Slavery Statement

Effective date: 21st January 2025

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Just Displays has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

We are also committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers and other business partners, and as part of our contracting processes, in the coming year we will include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, and we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.

This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives and business partners.
